Situated on the Kahkewistahaw First Nation, north of Broadview Saskatchewan, located near the Qu’Appelle Valley:
We are looking for a team of dynamic teachers who believe they can make a difference in our children’s lives. We want teachers interested in bringing their teaching experiences and offering them as a model to our students as we continuously aim for academic excellence.
Chief Kahkewistahaw Community School invites resumes to fill a teaching position FOR THE 2024-2025 ACADEMIC SCHOOL YEAR:
- Early Elementary Teacher (Kindergarten – Grade 3)
- Upper Elementary Teacher (Grade 4 – Grade 6)
- Middle Years Teacher (Grade 7-Grade 9)
- High School Math/Science Teacher
- High School English/Humanities Teacher
- Cree & Culture Teacher
Student enrollment exceeds over 270 students per year.
CKCS Teachers are paid in alignment with the:
STF Provincial Collective Bargaining Agreement
Strong extracurricular experience with the students is a definite advantage.
