TAKE NOTICE that a Ratification Vote will be held on March 1, 2025, to determine whether the Eligible Voters of Kahkewistahaw First Nation agree to the terms of the Kahkewistahaw Nation Treaty 4 Agricultural Benefits Settlement Agreement between His Majesty the King in Right of Canada and Kahkewistahaw First Nation (the “Settlement Agreement”) and the Kahkewistahaw Legacy Trust (the “Trust Agreement”).
The Ratification Vote will take place on March 1, 2025 at the Kahkewistahaw Complex in Kahkewistahaw First Nation from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, CST.
Electronic voting will commence on February 11, 2025 at 9:00 AM and will close on March 1, 2025 at 6:00 PM, CST. Visit the Kahkewistahaw First Nation website for more details.
